Well...simce Miss popo killed our old treadmill. (thing has gotta be 10+ years old). We went out last night...1,100+ later.... She will have a new , better one next weds.

I was at the gym 4 or 5 days a week last winter before we moved into our house. But once we moved I got out of the routine then dropped our member ship tryin to cut living costs. Got a new gym in town that is cheaper ill try this time round

Used to be really into it, was just under a 1700 total at 220 bw, and then messed up, got a DUI etc.
Slowly trying to work back into after a few months off, just tough.
I usually take some sort of preworkout, got some VPX that really fucked me up baaddd and has now made me extremely gun shy of caffeine and stuff that messes with my heart.
I think id be more motivated at the gym because of my competitive nature. I see other people and ill wanna lift more or longer than them.
