I read a post of yours on LS1 Tech about running a th400 and removing the tranny stuff as a must. I was curious what happens in the PCM when the tranny stuff is left in. I have had the th400 in my car for 2 years with the trans DTCs and it seems to be fine, I do have an A4 file that has the trans stuff deleted that I got from Jeff Stevens, but I never got around to coping everything over. The car seems to run great (made 406hp NA on a mustang dyno). I was just curious what happens in the PCM?

They go to a catch can. I will add an electric LS1 air pump over the winter. Main just to keep the dip stick in the tube

I see in the pics you have the vented breathers going up to the front drivers side motor if I'm not mistaken. Do you have a vacumn pump or are you using the factory electric one?
