The engine was out when I did it so it easier to do, but basically there's a piece of plastic inbetween the heater core and the blower and you need to cut it out so it will work.

When you cut that box out from the firewall how did you do it and fit through those tight areas...and what's this special cut you were talking about and also the heater...sorry it took so long to ask but I have been busy.
