I highly doubt anyone makes a piece that isn't plastic.

when i bought my car.. the boot was super glued and sown back to the broke plastic peices.. then it broke out of the glue..
and it would always get in the way of driving so i've been driving around without a boot lol

When I install my short shifter this spring/summer, I'll be getting this. The pic posted is for 97+ but they have the 93-96

that's where I got ine when I bought my car a year and a half ago along with a new leather boot, the piece is like 15 bucks I think when you buy a boot.

if your looking for just the clip, you can get one from a guy named Farmer2 over at ls1tech

works perfect.

sweet, that one is even better, and cheaper. The website up there kills the price w/ the shipping.

All I need is the clip, I don't really like the leather boots.
